Customizing Your Firm's Share Safe URL

Your firm's Share Safe URL follows the format shown below:

https://www.clientaxcess.com/sharesafe/#/[Unique Firm Identifier]

The portion of the URL shown in bold is specific to your firm. By default it will be a randomized string of characters, but your firm administrator can change the firm-specific portion of the URL to something more recognizable to clients, such as the firm name.

We recommend that you customize your URL before you use Share Safe for the first time.

ClosedCustomization Guidelines

The customized portion of your URL can include:

  • Up to 48 characters
  • Letters
  • Numbers

  • The following characters: ( ) - _ . '

    Note: If you include numbers in your customized URL, they must be combined with other characters.

ClosedCustomization Instructions

  1. Select Share Safe > Share Safe URL on the main Document button bar.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Enter the revised URL.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click Close.
