Reviewing CCH Axcess Product Downloads

The Install window of Install and Update Manager provides the option to display the products that have been previously downloaded. You also have the option of removing a product from the list of previously downloaded products.

To review past downloads, do the following:

  1. Click View past downloads on the button bar. Products that have been previously downloaded and not yet installed display in the grid along with any past downloads that were incomplete due to errors.
  2. Note: Click Licensed products on the button bar to return to the Install/Download grid. The Install/Download grid displays the list of licensed products based on the account number provided. See Installing CCH Axcess Products for more information about this view.

  3. Do any of the following:
    • To remove one or more products from the grid, select the box next to the product name, and then click Delete on the button bar. Click the box in the column header to select all products.
    • To update the grid with the current status of your downloaded products, click Refresh on the button bar.
    • Click the Product, Release, Status, or Date column header to sort items in either ascending or descending order.
  4. Click Close to exit Install and Update Manager.
