Reviewing Past Updates

The update portion of Install and Update Manager provides the option of displaying the products that have been previously updated.

The View past updates window displays the update history for the CCH Axcess products installed on your computer. You can also view the release notes for the respective updates.

To review past updates, do the following:

  1. Click Update on the navigation panel.
  2. Click View past updates on the button bar. The products that have been previously downloaded and updated display in the grid.

    Note: Click View Current updates to return to the list of available updates.

  3. Do any of the following:
    • To remove one or more products from the grid, select the box next to the product name, and then click Delete on the button bar. Click the box in the column header to select all products.
    • Click the plus sign beside a product name in the grid to display the number of releases that have been applied for that product.
    • Note: Additional information displays for each update that includes the size (in megabytes), the date, the status of the update (a successful update is indicated with a check mark; an unsuccessful update is indicated with an X), the date the update was applied, and whether the update was a scheduled update or accomplished manually.

    • Click View in the Release Note column to open your default browser to view release notes for the product selected.
  4. Click Close to exit the window.
